Harvest Bend CCS is situated in the vicinity of the New Orleans/Baton Rouge industrial area, where CO2 emissions are roughly estimated at 80 million metric tons per year (MMT/yr). As part of its hub operations, Harvest Bend CCS intends to use three main injection sites. Among these, the White Castle CO2 Sequestration (White Castle) Project site stands as the most northern, positioned approximately 25 miles south of Baton Rouge and 65 miles west of New Orleans.

TALOS has leased acreage in Iberville, St. James, Assumption, and Lafourche Parishes.
