Pratt Energy, LLC operates a fuel ethanol manufacturing facility in Pratt, KS, about seventy miles west of Wichita. The plant was originally built by Lurgi, Inc but has since been modified to perform like its sister plant in Pixley, CA, owned and operated by Calgren Renewable Fuels. Both plants incorporate an industry-leading energy-efficient design by Thermal Kinetics Inc.
