The project is located in the Northern Niagaran Pinnacle Reef Trend (NNPRT) in Michigan. Lambda Energy Resources is converting existing oil and gas infrastructure to store 160 million metric tons of CO2 from various carbon-intensive operations in the northern reef trend. The recently submitted Class VI application is for the Brown 4 reef in in Manistee County.
